PRESENTATION

SUBMISSION ABSTRACT

We invite healthcare professionals, researchers, and scientists to participate in Abstract Submission at the Jakarta Perioperative Meeting 2026. This is an opportunity to combine research findings, clinical innovations, and case reports that contribute to the development of perioperative and anesthesia science.

Submission Categories:

Perioperative Medicine & ERAS

Perioperative Medicine focuses on a comprehensive approach to patient care before, during, and after surgery to optimize clinical outcomes and minimize the risk of complications.

ERAS (Enhanced Recovery After Surgery) is an evidence-based protocol designed to accelerate patient recovery through multimodal management, optimal pain control, early mobilization, and multidisciplinary team coordination.

Regional Anesthesia

Intravenous Anesthesia (TIVA)

Intravenous anesthesia, or total intravenous anesthesia (TIVA), is a general anesthesia technique that uses intravenous medications without inhalation agents. This method allows for more stable control of the depth of anesthesia, faster recovery, and a reduced risk of postoperative nausea and vomiting.

With proper monitoring and the use of the latest technology, TIVA is an effective option for various surgical procedures, particularly those requiring hemodynamic stability and high precision in anesthetic management.

Critical Care

Critical care is a field of intensive care focused on the care of patients with critical or life-threatening conditions. This approach involves close monitoring, vital organ support, and rapid, evidence-based interventions to maintain patient stability and improve the patient’s chances of recovery.

Through multidisciplinary collaboration and the use of modern technology, critical care plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety and quality of care during the most crucial phase of a patient’s clinical journey.

Patient Safety & Quality Improvement

Patient Safety & Quality Improvement focuses on systematic efforts to improve patient safety and the quality of healthcare through a data-driven approach and best practices. This initiative includes risk identification, medical error prevention, procedure standardization, and continuous evaluation of clinical outcomes.

By building a strong culture of safety and team collaboration, this program aims to deliver safer, more effective, and patient-centered services at every stage of care.
